Actis deployed a robust AV ecosystem across multiple corporate meeting spaces, ensuring that every room was equipped for optimal performance and ease of use.

Key Project Highlights

  • Multi-Use Training & Town Hall Spaces – Designed four training rooms and a two-section cafeteria forming a 430-seat town hall, equipped with 98” displays, DSP-powered audio, and VC systems.
  • Advanced Video Conferencing Rooms – Installed multiple 6-seater and 14-seater VC rooms, each equipped with HD displays, table-top microphones, and enhanced speakers to ensure clarity in hybrid meetings.
  • Executive Presentation Rooms – Created focused collaboration spaces with intuitive AV setups, enabling seamless presentations and remote interactions.
Training Rooms – These divisible rooms can accommodate upto 40 people
