Building a Smarter Workplace for ICICI Prudential AMC

ICICI Prudential AMC approached Actis Technologies to modernise its Mumbai workplace with an integrated AV and communication ecosystem across meeting rooms, executive cabins, training spaces and employee experience areas.
The project was designed to support a wide range of workplace needs, from high-impact client interactions and leadership meetings to training sessions, townhalls, hybrid collaboration and everyday team discussions. Actis helped create a connected environment where technology supports productivity, flexibility and a more seamless workplace experience.
The Solutions
The Actis team helped design and deploy a unified workplace technology solution across boardrooms, divisible meeting rooms, executive cabins, huddle spaces, training rooms, reception, cafeteria, recreation zones and terrace areas.
Large-format LED displays support brand communication, presentations and townhall-style engagement, while divisible rooms allow teams to adapt spaces for smaller meetings or larger combined sessions. Meeting rooms and cabins were enabled with video collaboration, wireless presentation, display sharing and one-touch meeting join capabilities.
Larger spaces were enhanced with microphones, speakers and voice-lift systems for improved speech clarity, while selected executive areas include controls for lighting, shades, curtains and presentations. Room schedulers simplify space booking, and a centralised cloud-based monitoring platform helps IT teams manage AV endpoints and system performance more efficiently.
