Actis Technologies has helped transform Jyothy Labs’ Mumbai property as a future-ready workplace, completed in February 2026.

The project covered a wide range of spaces, including the auditorium, boardroom, conference rooms, and more. The goal was to create a connected workplace environment that supports leadership communication, hybrid meetings, employee engagement, product showcases and everyday collaboration.

The Solutions

At its heart is a cutting-edge 60-pax auditorium with a 136” Active LED display, presenter-tracking cameras, and seamless UC tools that connect teams worldwide. The transformation goes beyond the stage, with smart occupancy sensors boosting energy efficiency across the building. 

Powered by AV Over IP, live auditorium content streams straight to the cafeteria, creating a connected communication hub that unites every floor and makes collaboration more immersive, dynamic, and impactful.

Key Project Highlights

  • Centralised Management – Cloud-based monitoring enables IT teams to manage rooms, stream content, monitor system health and review usage analytics from a single dashboard.
  • Smart Lighting Automation – Occupancy sensors across all floors automatically adjust lighting based on real-time space usage, improving energy efficiency.
  • Unified Content Distribution – AV-over-IP switching streams live auditorium feeds to the cafeteria, extending town halls and announcements across the workplace.
  • Connected Collaboration Spaces – Meeting rooms, huddle rooms and executive spaces support hybrid meetings, wireless or wired presentation and intuitive room control.
