Actis implemented a robust infrastructure combined with the latest technologies to enhance meeting effectiveness. This included creating COVID-19 safe, large divisible boardrooms, the Managing Director’s boardroom, and four additional boardrooms. These spaces are equipped with advanced video conferencing capabilities, enabling teams to meet, collaborate, and share information more efficiently.
Key Project Highlights
- Advanced Boardroom & Meeting Spaces – Designed two adjoining 28-seater boardrooms featuring individual 108” LED video walls, secondary 49” LED displays, and a dual-microphone system.
- Seamless Video Conferencing & Audio Solutions – Integrated ceiling microphones, table-embedded microphones, and an AV bridge to eliminate echoes. A dual-camera VC system with speaker tracking enhances remote collaboration.
- Integrated Collaboration & Control – Equipped with wireless presentation systems, document cameras, networked AV, lighting control, and room scheduling interfaces, allowing teams to share information effortlessly across meeting spaces.
