Actis delivered integrated AV infrastructure across Bayer’s Thane corporate office and Vapi Factory, ensuring seamless communication and efficient collaboration workflows.

Key Project Highlights

  • Diverse Room Deployment – Created multiple Focus rooms (one per floor), 10-seater conference rooms, 14-seater U-shaped room, Training rooms and a 15-seater O-shaped conference room.
  • Dedicated Collaboration Level– Converted Bayer’s 6th floor into a collaboration hub featuring boardrooms, meeting rooms and flexible spaces for team interaction and training sessions.
  • Fully Digital Control Infrastructure – Installed IP-based CAT5 control systems, ensuring streamlined AV and data management across all collaboration spaces.
