Wilson Financial Services (WFS) is a boutique, technology-driven financial services company with a special focus on Indian capital markets. WFS offers bespoke financial advisory to institutional investors. WFS is founded by industry experts Anand Singh and Nilesh Choudhary, who have spent over a decade helming leadership roles at a large financial conglomerate. The team at WFS is guided by a set of distinguished overseas advisors and domain experts across leading global financial conglomerates.

Actis was approached to help when WFS decided to create a new collaboration infrastructure for their employees at their Mumbai office. The scope of the project involved designing Boardroom with high-end components for a smooth collaborative experience. Further, it involved incorporating high quality display systems at the reception, in several cabins as well as the lounge.

The Professional Services Group at Actis deployed an integrated collaboration solution for WFS. The goal was to create a visually immersive experience in every collaboration space while also ensuring that we integrate other modern AV solutions. The solution had to be a future-ready and flexible collaboration infrastructure wherein their team could access more intuitive tools to conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions.

The Boardroom hosts a 75” Full HD LED display which delivers incredible clarity when the team is interacting with clients around the world. A Cisco SX20 video conferencing system is combined with a Shure audio system to deliver the optimal audio and video conferencing experience. The reception, cabins and lounge are equipped with 43”-49” Panasonic display systems, and video systems that are meant to display company updates and partner alliances.

The Final Impression

The boardroom experience provided to WFS creates a great first impression on guests who include global clients and partners. The Crestron control system ensures all the features are easily accessible via a touch-panel, making the experience of using the room simpler for meeting participants.

The display systems in the reception and lobby also enhance the experience of visitors and help tell their story in a more memorable way. The result is more effective client engagement and communication management at Wilson Financial Services.
