Actis designed and implemented a robust AV solution covering multiple meeting and collaboration areas, ensuring both large and small teams could connect effortlessly.

Key Project Highlights

  • Multi-Functional Hall – Created a hall seating 50-60 people, divisible into three 15-seater rooms for smaller meetings. Integrated high-definition displays and video conferencing tools.
  • Training & VC Rooms – Developed 20-25 seater VC rooms and collaboration spaces, each accommodating up to 25 participants with flexible layouts and wireless presentation systems.
  • Large Event Space – Designed a 500-800 seater hall with two-way audio and video conferencing capabilities, ensuring smooth communication during large-scale gatherings.
