About the Job
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and managing our
channel partner ecosystem across assigned regions, driving sales of our diverse AV and IT
product portfolio. Reporting directly to the National Manager – Channel Sales, this position
demands a blend of strategic partner development, sales execution, and performance
optimization to meet ambitious monthly targets.
Job Description

● Channel Partner Development: Proactively identify, recruit, and develop new channel
partners, including distributors and resellers, while nurturing existing ones to expand
market reach.
● Credit and Risk Management: Conduct thorough creditworthiness assessments for
potential and current partners to mitigate risks and align with company policies.
● Customer Needs Analysis: Perform detailed needs assessments to align customer
requirements with Actis’ product offerings, delivering tailored solutions that drive
satisfaction and sales.
● Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by focusing on
core products such as projectors, alongside complementary lines including Projectors,
Large Format Displays, Networking products, Interactive Displays and Lifestyle
Speakers.
● Partner Engagement: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with channel partners to
provide support, resolve issues, and foster collaborative growth.
● Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on
product knowledge, industry trends, and sales best practices.
● Payment and Credit Control: Ensure timely collection of payments and enforce strict
adherence to credit sales policies to maintain healthy cash flow.
● Profitability Focus: Implement strategies to improve bottom-line results through
efficient sales practices, upselling, and cost-effective partner management.
● Reporting and Reviews: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance,
partner activities, and market insights as per managerial guidelines; attend regular
performance reviews to align on goals and feedback.
● Documentation Management: Collect and maintain relevant forms, agreements, and
records to support seamless operations and compliance.
