About the Job

An Audio Visual (AV) Design Engineer translates client requirements into technical, functional, and efficient AV system designs for corporate, educational, and entertainment spaces. They create detailed schematics (CAD/schematics), select hardware, and develop control systems, working closely with sales, project management, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, performance, and user experience. 

Qualification and Skills

B.Tech / B.E in Electrical or Electronics is preferred

Job Description

Support the AV design development based on the conceptual BOQ provided by the Pre-sales and Sales teams.

Understand customer requirements through interaction with Pre-sales and Sales teams.

Assist in responding to RFIs and basic design clarifications as required. Perform cable calculations , prepare schematics to identify the missing material.

Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing inputs for estimation purposes.

Support the preparation of competitive cost estimates, considering material and logistics costs.

Implement design revisions and modifications based on feedback from seniors and stakeholders within defined timelines.

Address design and estimation-related queries from Sales and Pre-sales teams with guidance, ensuring clear and open communication.

Assist in site coordination activities, including understanding design intent and Knowledge Transfer sessions.

Attend technical training sessions to stay updated with AV technologies and solutions.

Escalate technical or coordination challenges to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
