Streamlining Communication Across Bayer’s Thane Corporate Offices

Bayer India engaged Actis to design and implement AV solutions as part of their office relocation to Thane. The goal was to create scalable, user-friendly collaboration spaces across multiple floors and equip their Vapi Factory with advanced meeting and training facilities.

The Solutions

Actis delivered integrated AV infrastructure across Bayer’s Thane corporate office and Vapi Factory, ensuring seamless communication and efficient collaboration workflows.

Key Project Highlights

  • Diverse Room Deployment – Created multiple Focus rooms (one per floor), 10-seater conference rooms, 14-seater U-shaped room, Training rooms and a 15-seater O-shaped conference room.
  • Dedicated Collaboration Level– Converted Bayer’s 6th floor into a collaboration hub featuring boardrooms, meeting rooms and flexible spaces for team interaction and training sessions.
  • Fully Digital Control Infrastructure – Installed IP-based CAT5 control systems, ensuring streamlined AV and data management across all collaboration spaces.
